This paper introduces a new intuitionistic fuzzy multicriteria decision making method of evaluation based on degree of inclusion of two intuitionistic fuzzy sets. We have called the new technique TOPIIS (Technique to Order Preference by Inclusion of Ideal Solution). The technique is applied to develop an effective employee performance appraisal

Plithogenic Fuzzy Whole Hypersoft Set, Construction of Operators and their Application in Frequency Matrix Multi Attribute Decision Making Technique

In this paper, initially a matrix representation of Plithogenic Hypersoft Set (PHSS) is introduced and then with the help of this matrix some local operators for Plithogenic Fuzzy Hypersoft set (PFHSS) are developed. These local operators are used to generalize PFHSS to Plithogenic Fuzzy Whole Hypersoft set (PFWHSS). The generalized PFWHSS set is hybridization of Fuzzy Hypersoft set (which represent multiattributes and their subattributes as a combined whole membership i.e. case of having an exterior view of the event) and the Plithogenic Fuzzy Hypersoft set (in which multi attributes and their subattributes are represented with individual memberships case of having interior view). Thus, the speciality of PFWHSS is its presentation of an exterior and interior view of a situation simultaneously. Later, the PFWHSS is employed in development of multi attributes decision making scheme named as Frequency Matrix Multi Attributes Decision making scheme (FMMADMS). This innovative technique is not only simpler than any of the former MADM techniques, but also has a unique capability of dealing mathematically a variety of human mind psychologies at every level that are working in different environments (fuzzy, intuitionistic, neutrosophic, plithogenic). Besides, FMMADMS also provides the percentage authenticity of the final ranking which in itself is a new idea providing a transparent and unbiased ranking. Moreover, the new introduced idea of frequency matrix handles the ranking ties in the best possible way and has an ability to provide the authenticity comparative analysis of previously developed schemes. Lastly, application of this FMMADMS is described as a numerical example for a case of ranking and selecting the best alternative

This article is a preliminary draft for initiating and commencing a new pioneer dimension of expression. To deal with higher-dimensional data or information flowing in this modern era of information technology and artificial intelligence, some innovative super algebraic structures are essential to be formulated. In this paper, we have introduced such matrices that have multiple layers and clusters of layers to portray multi-dimensional data or massively dispersed information of the plithogenic universe made up of numerous subjects their attributes, and sub-attributes. For grasping that field of parallel information, events, and realities flowing from the micro to the macro level of universes, we have constructed hypersoft and hyper-super-soft matrices in a Plithogenic Fuzzy environment. These Matrices classify the non-physical attributes by accumulating the physical subjects and further sort the physical subjects by accumulating their non-physical attributes. We presented themasPlithogenicAttributiveSubjectivelyWholeHyper-Super-Soft-Matrix(PASWHSS-Matrix)andPlithogenic Subjective Attributively Whole-Hyper-Super-Soft-Matrix (PSAWHSS-Matrix). Several types of views and level-layers of these matrices are described. In addition, some local aggregation operators for Plithogenic Fuzzy Hypersoft Set (PPFHS-Set) are developed. Finally, few applications of these matrices and operators are used as numerical examples of COVID-19 data structures

This paper introduces some new fuzzy measures for intuitionistic fuzzy sets which are then applied to define a degree of inclusion of one IFS into another . The results highlight that some properties are extended conditionally from their fuzzy counterparts

This paper presents axiomatic as well as constructive definitions of intuitionistic fuzzy bi-implicators based on intuitionistic fuzzy t-norms and their intuitionistic fuzzy residual implicators. The inter-relationship among different proposed classes is presented along with a detailed study of the properties of one of these intuitionistic fuzzy bi-implicators called the intuitionistic fuzzy β−bi-implicator operator constructed using Lukasiewicz intuitionistic fuzzy t-norm and its R-implicator.Publisher's Versio

Objective: To investigate the association of vascular endothelial growth factor A gene polymorphisms 2578C/A (rs699947) and 1154G/A (rs1570360) with type 2 diabetes mellitus, diabetic retinopathy and serum vascular endothelial growth factor levels in Pakistani patients. Method: The case-control study was conducted from Jan 2017 to Dec 2018 after approval from the ethics review board of Riphah International University, Islamabad, Pakistan, and comprised type 2 diabetes mellitus patients of either gender with diabetic retinopathy in group A, and without diabetic retinopathy in group B. Non-diabetic healthy individuals were enrolled in control group C. Genotyping was done by amplification refractory mutation system-polymerase chain reaction and serum vascular endothelial growth factor levels were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Data was analysed using SPSS 22. Results: Of the 450 subjects, 150(33.3%) were in each of the 3 groups. The mean age in group A was 58.16±9.42, in group B 56.25±8.5 years and in group C it was 55.90±10.90. The proportion of Punjabi ethnicity was significantly high in group B compared to other groups (p<0.05). There was no significant association of rs699947 and rs1570360 genotypic and allelic frequencies in group B compared to group A. Further, rs699947 AA genotype was significantly associated with proliferative diabetic retinopathy compared to group A (p<0.05). Minor allele A showed significant association in groups A and B compared to group C (p<0.05). Significantly raised serum vascular endothelial growth factor levels were found in group B compared to group A (p<0.05), and were associated with rs699947 and rs1570360 heterozygosity in group A (p<0.05). Also, rs699947 genotype showed significant association with groups A and B in Punjabi and Pathan ethnicities (p<0.05) and with Kashmiri ethnicity in group B (p<0.05). Conclusion: There was a strong association of vascular endothelial growth factor 2578C/A (rs699947) gene polymorphism with proliferative diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetic Pakistani patients, suggesting its role in the pathogenesis of this condition.
